Julie Bryan Birgenheier
Broker CRS, GRI /Listing and Sales/Transaction Coordinator

Julie Bryan Birgenheier has lived real estate nearly her whole life. She started filling in as secretary in middle school and later did the books during Dale Gillespie’s ownership. She was licensed in 1984 and has been working as a licensed agent  ever since. She was very involved when her mother Cynthia Bryan bought the business from Dale Gillespie. Julie brings 35 years of sales experience. She is a graduate of Paxson, Hellgate High School and the University of Montana with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. She has raised her two children here in Missoula and is very proud to be a part of the community.  In addition to having her Brokers License and selling Julie is also the Closing Coordinator on all pending transactions. She works closely with the title company, lenders, inspectors, buyers, sellers and other agents to make sure the details are addressed. She coordinates inspections, monitors deadlines and uses her knowledge, experience, and understanding of the real estate process to see each sale to conclusion. Married to husband, Craig with two children, Jessica and Reid. Julie enjoys her children & grandchildren (Dallas and Lia), playing tennis and reading a good book.

 I am a 5th generation Montanan, a mother, a wife, a friend, and a dedicated real estate agent. Montana has always been my home, and I take great pride in helping others find their place here. Since 2014, I have been serving buyers and sellers with integrity, expertise, and a deep knowledge of the Montana real estate market.

Real estate runs in my family. My grandmother, Cynthia Bryan, spent over 50 years in the industry, and my father, Gary Bryan, dedicated 25 years to helping people buy and sell homes. Now, I carry on the family tradition, working alongside my aunt, Julie Bryan-Birgeneheier, as part of The Bryan Team. Together, we provide efficient, knowledgeable, and personalized service to our clients, specializing in residential real estate.

My husband, a home inspector, and I share a passion for homes, ensuring our clients have the resources they need to make confident real estate decisions. When I’m not working, I’m spending time with our two wonderful boys and rescue pups, exploring Montana’s great outdoors—hiking, rafting, snowmobiling, skiing, fishing—or enjoying reading and puzzles.
